S-Cart 5.0 will release in February

It is expected that S-Cart 5.0 will have major changes:
- Using Laravel 8 platform
- Support PHP 8 or> PHP 7.3
- Support SEO url with language prefix
- Support to attach order information PDF file in email
- Support adding download links for products in the download group
- Fixed hardcode banner error in view
- Support to change validate parameters in configuration file
- Some improvements in admin.
